Anyone know what to do when ebay appeal for undelivered item is turned down,amazon logistics say they delivered it,my cctv says they did not,as i have no order number for amazon they cant track it.is there email address for ebay direct,just keep getting same old round and round for customer service and frequently asked questions.thanks.

You purchased an item ON EBAY and the seller shipped it from an Amazon warehouse.
Tracking shows delivered. Your CCTV is not used in ebay's determination of the delivery. Ebay will only go by a 3rd party (shipping company) and the tracking information.
It is up to you to go to the shipping carrier and see what info you can get from supplying them the tracking number.
