It means it was destined for a mail forwarder, this is a very common last scan for pretty much all the forwarders. eBay considers it as good as delivered).
The "available for pickup" part and reminders is pretty rare, I have never seen that for a forwarder. I do see failed deliveries on Saturdays but they usually change to delivered to agent on Monday.

Thanks!
Does that mean if my buyer filed a INR that I will be covered?
I responded to the INR and uploaded the tracking number.
I just wasn't sure what that meant.

actually NOT true at all ....... when it says "delivered to agent for final delivery" EBay considers it as delivered to ME (buyer/customer) and will NOT refund for non-believers! very frustrating. in two different incidents I've had packages never arrive; I contact the seller they say "it says delivered" (most sellers are overseas and are clueless) and I file a claim thru EBay buyer protection and they say "item indicates delivered" and refuse the claim. then I revert back to my credit card issuer for a refund. a huge PIA and one reason I do not purchase from EBay often.
