Unless your item is damaged or lost, As a Seller YOU will be responsible for return shipping from Europe. Which is Triple what it would cost you within the USA. I just had a buyer say the drum I sent was not the right size. I am pretty sure it is the correct size but to get back an Item that Cost 150.00 and have to pay $90.00 and tariffs is just not worth it. Now I am out the drum and the sale.

I understand your anger .... there are a lot of dishonest buyers on eBay who expect sellers to pay when the buyer makes an ordering mistake.
Once you let your anger calm, you might realize that your losses will be less if you accept the return ... also, sometimes a dishonest buyer is hoping that you will not require the item back, and won't ship back the item if you approve the return.

When the buyer says the drum is the "wrong size", do they mean that the drum isn't the size described on the listing page, or that it turns out they purchased the wrong size drum for their needs?
