A very patient customer has been trying to buy something from me but it wont let her. She gets the following error message:
I have GSP for all my items. I have no locations blocked. I double and triple checked this particular listing, it is set to accept GSP and there are no locations blocked.
I've apologized to the seller several times and told her to contact ebay. She says she has and ebay can't figure it out either.
Has anyone heard of this before?

There's nothing you can do if GSP refuses the package.
Take it off GSP and offers international shipping by yourself. There's first time for everything. Worst case scenario, you lose a package. Best case you learn a new skill. 🙂

Yes, You will have to fill out the customs information, and the label will look odd. Don't worry it is just the format for international. If it is a single sheet label attach it per normal if it is a multi page one it will need a plastic envelope which can be gotten at any Post Office. Call and ask if your mail carrier can drop you off a couple.
