Creating a New Shipping Policy

I am attempting to add another shipping policy, but when I click create or edit from the computer revise your listing page, I get a message stating www.ebay.com refused to connect. This has never happened before. I want to add USPS large box flat rate. How do I get around this error?

this happened to me today

I wanted to switch back over to USA only and got some weird looking little symbol

shipping is part of the business policies and maybe you can go the the business policy section and do it there

business policies are required. they are shipping. returns and payments

I was in the business policy section where shipping is located and am still getting the error 😞
