Could item be stuck at Global Shipping Center because the wrong shipping method was used?

I ordered a minifigure from a US seller to be sent to me in Hong Kong.

It has been stuck at "Arrived at the Global Shipping Center - Delivered PO Box, Erlanger KY" for a week now and I'm growing concerned.

I viewed my order details and noticed that the postage for my item was via eBay International Shipping, and not the eBay Global Shipping Program.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a difference between eBay International Shipping and eBay Global Shipping Program.

My question is: Does International Shipping send orders to the same domestic hub (in Erlanger KY) as the Global Shipping Program?

I'm likely overreacting, but my past orders have always cleared processing and customs at the Global Shipping Center within a day or two.

Is it possible that my seller shipped my item to the wrong domestic hub? Which is then causing it to get stuck at the PO Box in Erlanger?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

eBay is phasing out GSP and it's being replaced by International Shipping.

Sometimes packages get backed up clearing customs. . Too soon to worry.
