Confused about Global Shipping Program

there's an automatic check mark for "shipping internationally" and I have sold to folks overseas through the GSP.  However, there are HUNDREDS of shipping option from Ebay Internatl Standard shipping to UPS WW shipping to USPS First class International, and so on and so on.

It's mind boggling.

Why, if we're automatically entered in the GSP, do we have to CHOOSE WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE WE WANT AND HOW MUCH IT COST?

It would seem that Ebay would offer us a limited number of options.  Maybe just UPS WW Shipping and USPS International (Priority or Express).

You have to get the package to the GSP warehouse somehow.  The GSP has nothing to do with the domestic leg of the package's journey.

When I see the check mark in International Shipping options, below that is the various countries you ship to and and the delivery services.

They need to streamline it.  I don't like seeing all those options, it's still confusing.  I'm going to opt out of GSP altogether.
