Combining Shipping Confusion - What Does "Profile" Mean?

Hello eBay community,

I have been selling on eBay going back 4 or 5 years, but in the past year I've started selling way more! Now I want to offer combined shipping to make purchasing my stuff easier, so I went to my "Manage shipping settings" page. I want to use the calculated shipping rule and subtract a certain amount of weight, so I clicked on that option. However it asks me to add both the amount of ounces and the "profile name" (screenshot below). I'm not sure what "profile" means in this context, so could someone help me understand what eBay wants me to fill in please? Thank you in advance for any help the community can provide!

you have to name your shipping policies so you know which one to use

then you will be able to pick out the one you want from the list

Since you sell items of different sizes and weights trying to set up combined shipping rules deducting weight is going to make things harder.  You can use priority mail boxes of various sizes to ship up to 70lbs of weight in each. They conform to the P.O.s size requirements.  There could be one shipping rule for club heads, head covers, etc.  For full clubs and/or shafts since the boxes will be oversized  You can set up another rule and label it as oversize shipping.  

I sell in a few different but related categories so some items I will not or cannot combine.  So In my terms of sale which are set up on all of my Templates, My combined shipping rules are to commit to buy but do not pay until you have received a combined shipping invoice.  That allows me to pack and weigh items easily for many items then send an invoice. I also offer an expedited service and ground service a buyer can choose from on the invoice. I use calculated shipping for everything I sell.

On My templates beneath the Item specifics  I have a Text box labeled 

DESCRIPTION  I use the advanced text box to fill that in.   Below the actual description are my terms of sale the first being Combined Shipping so they look something like"

  I am happy to combine shipping when it can be done safely.  To receive a combined shipping invoice, commit to buy but DO NOT pay, until you receive a combined shipping invoice. The invoice will have 2 shipping options you can select from when you check out. I can usually send an invoice within X hours. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
