Not sure if it is just international but the package I am trying to send is international.
Customer buys several items and pays. Then she buys one additional item and wants it in the same package. Happy to do that.
When I try to print the combined shipping label, I get the message:
We're having trouble printing your labels
- System unavailable. Please try again later!
How much later?? This has been going on since yesterday afternoon and this shipment must go out today.
I would be fine with making a label with the big order and taking the hit on late shipment for the extra item (since I won't be allowed to put the same tracking number in the second item) but it is a large $$$ amount so I want to insure. Ebay, of course, will not let me insure for the full amount including the additional item, only the amount of the main order.
Ebay, PLEASE fix this!!!!!
