Combined items FROM SAME SELLER through GSP

Just wondering, if I were to win bids for multiple items from the SAME bidder, who would combine shipping (FREE already) to GSP stations, does the GSProgram still do combined Int. shipping at a fixed rate or will I be charged that GSP rate PER item?

To my knowledge, GSP does not combine shipping and never has.

If you pay for the items all at once in the cart, the gsp will automatically combine the international portion of shipping as well as the import/handling fees. 

If the seller had a domestic shipping charge, they would not be able to combine  shipping  for a multiple item gsp order but the international portion would still be combined.
