Closing a return request.

Hello.

I have purchased a pair of motorcycle rear shocks. Unfortunately  I have had to open a return request.

I live abroad  and the shocks are gas charged and are considered hazardous materials to fly them. ( Entirely my mistake).

Going straight to the point, The item has successfully returned to the seller and I have received the refund in my Paypal acount.

In the ebay returning view It could be seen three steps completed with the exception of REFUND SENT however in Order Details I can see the message of a succesfull refund.

The seller is asking me to close the return request ( "Hello we sent you a refund could you close the return request. Thank You").

How can I do that? I couldn´t find the way to close this case.

Did you go to resolution to close the request ?

Have you checked your Pay Pal account to see if the refund was completed and it's not pending?

I think the case would close once the refund has been completed.
