Claiming for a lost parcel.

I sold an item and it was lost by Hermes. They say they have an agreement with eBay and that eBay have to settle it.

How do I do this?? Help please.

Since  most of the members on this board are from the USA, and most of us don't know much about UK shippers ... you might get a better answer if you post your question on the UK boards:

1. The buyer should start an Item Not Received request, then

2. @booth5119 the seller should click Chat on the eBay.co.uk site

3. to point out that this is a GSP "lost in transit" claim to be paid to the buyer.
