Pkg actually shipped from California July 6, I'm in South Carolina. The seller surely didn't tender it where I live 5 days later! How is USPS even able to fictionalize the tracking🤔

Your package was shipped with DHL eCommerce. That's the equivalent of FedEx SmartPost and UPS SurePost. DHL (FedEx, UPS) take the package most of the way, then it gets transferred to USPS for last leg of delivery.
Looks like your package shipped July 6th with DHL and was transferred to USPS on July 11th.
I don't see any anomalies with the tracking - all looks standard.

Thank you. How do you know it was DHL? Seller told me it was USPS and didnt understand why there was no pkg acceptance. Was even prepared to reship. Interesting.

I input the tracking on that site. It only showed USPS. Recd pkg, label indicates only USPS shipped using eVS. Nothing of DHL anywhere on label. I remain perplexed. At least I have it!

Hi, all of the scans were from my State on the same day. From acceptance to delivery. No origin or in transit scans to my State.

The origin and earlier transit scans were via DHL, not USPS. The image you provided shows the information that is available to USPS; they don't have access to information about the DHL tracking history, including acceptance and any travels before the package was turned over to USPS.

The DHL info was there this morning before your package was delivered.
eVS signifies the package was dropped with USPS from a large shipper using an electronic manifest. In this case, DHL.

Actually that us not all that unusual. Here is a package I shipped from Nevada on Saturday the 8th. It was in fact dropped off at the post office Saturday afternoon.
Notice the lack of Nevada scan and the first active scan was in Texas on the 11th. It even says accepted 7/11 when in fact they had it on the 8th.
Get used to it. The post office DOES NOT scan every package at every stop along the way.
