Hi all. On may 22 I bought for 160 usd what was a "Gorgeous Vintage 18k Solid Gold Herringbone etched pattern bracelet" . As I don't live in the USA , i twas sent to me by a US box and then sent home paying 30 usd. I gave the seller a "positive" as it was a nice looking bracelet.
But at time passed, it started to faint and I took it to my jeweler who tried it and discovered it was copper with something golden over it, not a 18k solid gold as stated.
I asked ebay for a return item but i have had no answer.
Is anything I can do?
Thank you all

There is nothing you can do with eBay. If I read you correctly, you used a forwarding agent to bypass the seller's "US Only" purchase requirement. This voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee since "Items shipped to another address after original delivery." means that you are no longer covered.
You may be successful with PayPal (assuming you used PayPal for the purchase. You have 180 days from the date of purchase to file a claim with PayPal. So, go on their site, find the transaction, and file a claim. PayPal does not explicity disqualify a transaction that uses a forwarding agent, but they may still deny your claim.
By the way, I saw the original listing and I don't think your seller was being dishonest ... he simply had an item from an estate sale that was stamped 18K, and he assumed that it was genuine.

Open a not as described case on Paypal, you will have to pay return shipping. Make certain you get tracking.
