Hello, new seller here. I recently sold an item that was small, light, and cheap and only needed a regular envelope using first class USPS mail. Naturally this does not come with tracking. I've confirmed with the buyer that the item was delivered without issue and now I want to change the order to Delivered but it doesn't seem possible without a tracking number. What do sellers do in this situation?
Thanks!

You can't make tracking show delivery when there's no tracking.
As a new seller, you'll be subject to up to 30 day holds on your funds, especially when there's no tracking showing delivery.
Understand that if any buyers file claims for non-receipt, you will have to issue refunds because without tracking, you can't prove whether they received their item or not.

My understanding is that there is no way to change that it was delivered and you may need to wait up to 30 days to receive your funds. Best of luck in 2025.

Thanks, I've already received the funds. I guess I just leave that order as shipped, even though the buyer confirmed they received it.
