Changing Postage Option

Hi!  Could someone tell me how to handle changing from PayPal as automatic shipping fee payment to my account. Everytime I try to click on it, nothing happens. It's greyed out. What might I be doing wrong? Thank you!

It's stuck on PayPal? How long after payment are you attempting to ship?

If you wait too long to ship you can no longer use pending funds as they are in the process of being transferred to your bank.
