Change to package weight? must round up to the next pound.

I just went to purchase a label and when entering the package weight of 1 lbs and 3 oz EBAY automatically rounded up to two pounds saying you must round up to the next pound to avoid package being returned to sender for not enough postage.

I have never experienced this until today and have always been able to purchase labels according to the package weight in pounds and ounces.

Im beyond frustrated why this would be forced on us by ebay when I can purchase the labels from the carrier and still have the option to enter the exact weight of the package .

Has anyone else ran into this yet? how do we address this ? what can be done? or was this just a glitch

What's the charge for 1 lb 3 oz?

What's the charge for 2 lb?

What's the question?

You just haven't been paying attention. The only postage that goes by ounces is first class. Everything else is rounded to the next highest pound. Has been that way at least for the 15 years I have been here. And it would be that way at the post office.

It's been like this since the Pleistocene era...

Weight is always round up to the nearest pound for anything over a lb
