You can request a call back from a live agent by using the Contact Us at the bottom of most Help & Contact pages. In the pop-up box that displays when you do that, select See More, and you'll find the call back request link. Just search Help & Contact for your problem and look at the bottom of the page for the Contact Us link. Sometimes you might have to try a couple of related pages.
