Can’t print standard 4x6 shipping labels from the App

So you have a label printer, and it features wireless printing. Unfortunately I cannot receive a shipping label that is 4x6 from eBay meaning I cannot print to my label printer. Instead I get a letter size 8.5x11 pdf. Which is for printing on a standard personal printer. Meanwhile if you have an actual label printer you are stuck unless you use your computer to purchase shipping label. Please fix this, it is not fair to the sellers that are on the go using the mobile app to ship items

Did you select the 4x6 format?  I don't use the app, but ask how on one of the App boards depending on your OS.

You don’t have the option. Only option you get from the app is to receive it via pdf email or QR code link. Even so, you would only receive it letter size not 4x6. On a computer you can find the option buried under advanced options.

You should be able to print all three size labels from the App (half-sheet, 4x6, 2.4x7.5), but problems doing so started to appear a while ago.   Will try to find an update on the problem.

There appears to be an on going problem, as the App is suppose to pick up the label format/size you selected using your browser and the create label page options.

Not clear how many are having this problem, but there doesn't seem to be many reporting the issue, so it may be a problem only with specific accounts.  If that's the case you will need to contact ebay.

Listen that was the reply to the OS which I said was iOS Apple iPhone 14.4.2. I’m not sure what other OS you are asking about

OK.  And your Brother is compatible and should work when the format problem is corrected.

Yes. but when will that happen? I can print standard labels from all other platforms with no issues. Amazon, Etsy, Poshmark, USPS, FEDEX, UPS. It just seems like this is all setup everywhere except for Ebay

Well the only people that will see this as an issue is those that have a wifi or bluetooth capable Label printer, while using their phone to print the label. From the computer it's the same issue. I have to get the pdf and then crop it to 4x6 since it's a letter size pdf.
