Can't Print FedEx Shipping Label

First time using FedEx. I followed a link in a message I received from eBay, which said "Save 20% on Final Value Fees if you switch to FedEx or UPS!”  “TRY IT NOW!!”.  So, I did!

It took me to my Seller Hub, Manage Orders Awaiting Shipment. I selected one to print (Shipping from PA to UT); I chose FedEx service, and the price was significantly less. YAY! 

At this point, I realized that I need to make sure I fully understand how FedEx works before continuing (It was on my “To Do List” anyway. haha). OKAY, with everything clear as mud, I continued and 

clicked the little box to accept the Terms & Agreement; then clicked "Purchase and Print Label".

   NOTHING HAPPENS!! It just sits right there at that screen!  No options or instructions! Just NOTHING!

- I had selected “Label” (vs the QR Code)                    

- Also, on that screen, it says "Select How To Pay. We'll charge you after the shipping label is used”

        THERE IS NOTHING THERE FOR ME TO SELECT PAYMENT METHOD!!  

        Yet it says:  "Buying on eBay you saved $55"   !!!????     

                 Uh… NO, I DIDN'T!!!  I CAN'T PRINT THE FREAKING LABEL!

I'm so angry right now!!! Wasted a bunch of time looking through Help and here in the eBay Community. 

       (Sheeesh! So many  OTHER PROBLEMS SELLERS ARE HAVING!. It's RIDICULOUS!!!)

But nothing regarding my particular situation.

I ended up backing out of the whole darn thing, started over and printed the label as I would have (USPS Priority)!

It's too bad I couldn't actually get all the savings that eBay touted when sent me on this wild goose chase!   

Not to mention the time wasted (& the hair I pulled out)!

Sure would like to know why this happened.  Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank-you. Anjela

I just packed my first Fedex package under the new ebay pay setup and have the same problem, in April 2021.  And no fix figured out yet.

Just broke through.  Ebay seems to "time-out" your page.  Refresh the ship page, re-enter your data, click the boxes, try [Purchase and print].  Worked for me.

Please eBay, help figure out why we cannot print our FedEx Label!!!  HELP!

I had to phone eBay today.  Finally they credited me for the extra shipping that I had to pay to purchase a different carrier.  The reason why I was not able to print the label:  I am in Canada, and the ship to address is in the U.S.  Sorry, but that is not a good enough reason.  I expressed all of our concerns, as we are all experiencing issues with the FedEx label service.  One of the CSR's stated that they offer the shipping service as a third party!  Well, that is not my problem!  CSR also asked me to go to the FedEx office and ask what the issue was...NOPE!  I told her that it was an eBay issue, and that printing a label should be straightforward.  Then I asked to speak to another person higher up.  I did, and she issued a credit as noted above.  She told me that the issue is being addressed.  I really do not want to experience this every time I have to print a label.  Two hours talking and trying to resolve this was very frustrating!
