Can a ship charge be adjusted after a sale?
A buyer in Canada won a small item but ship charge on invoice came to $35.72 for a 3oz. item. (USPS priority.)
Package qualifies for 1st class Int. at $13.50, but I'm unable to make the lower $ adjustment in a second invoice. I go through all the recalculation steps via "send invoice" but am not able to assert or offer the lower rate? Is there a way? Thank you.
ps: The lower 1st class rate was inadvertently not originally offered.

I haven't sent an invoice in a while but if there is still a 'recalculate' button don't use it as it just resets the invoice to the original amount. Just enter the correct amount and shipping method on the invoice and then send.
