Can I use a 2-5/16" x 4 shipping label?

I have a Dymo LabelWriter Wireless printer and 2-5/16" x 4 (30256) shipping labels. Can I use them to print labels for my Ebay packages? If not, what size can I use that's compatible with the printer I have?

I have received packages with labels printed like that and they worked without issue.

I just want to make sure that shrinking them down won't make the barcodes unscannable or the address unreadable

The correct label is the 2-5/16" x 7 1/2" label type 99019, which ebay has a specific format for.   Buy compatibles here on ebay, but best to use USA approved labels and not cheap imports.

Search ebay for dymo 99019 USA approved.

Note that reducing a label below 80% can cause it to be prone to scanning errors.
