Recently won a bid on a item. Tried to purchase. Came up as seller can not ship to my location. Contacted seller. Seller said that there should not be a problem sending to meat my location. Still can not purchase the item. Why ? Thank you

Thew seller needs to change the listing to include your country and add a shipping option for the U.S.

Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list. This will get around most glitches.

I had that problem as a buyer about 6 months ago when my favorite seller went into Managed Payments. Some of the items in my shopping cart said the seller didn't ship to my location. The solution for this eBay glitch was to have the seller send me an invoice. Then I could pay.
