Did the site glitch or did you post this with no post just the title?

I just put the title wondering if this is a scam. Buyer purchased on Sat so shipped yesterday & they sent an email Monday night saying they didn't get item & will be returning in a few days. They addressed me by name (which was the wrong name) & asked if they should use the ebay return label or ship return on their own. I don't offer free returns so I don't know what the buyer is asking or how they can think if they order on Sat that they would get the item on Monday. They also only have 3 reviews so seems strange.

Sounds like they have you mixed up with a different seller. Ask them what item they are wanting to "return".

I have the same issue...I reported the buyer to EBAY for misused the program to claim an item was not as described. It doesn't help you a lot, but it will be in the buyer record..

Have they opened a claim?
If they did, what kind of Claim? What was the reason?

I agree and that might be easy for a new buyer to do.

You might want to message them, since they addressed you by the wrong name, and ask if they have the right seller. Since they have not yet opened a claim, as you say they just emailed you, you have time to see what is going on. Perhaps they opened a claim with another seller but they are messaging you with questions. If they have opened a claim, you can respond in the claim but don't let the three days go by so the buyer doesn't escalate, and Ebay decides for you, as that will get you a very serious seller defect.
Please come back and update your thread and hopefully this will be resolved soon.
