Buyer wants a return label. Do I choose 'Cancel order' first?

Buyer wants a return label. Do I press 'Cancel order' first? I'm just afraid that only a refund will go through and not give me the option for a return label. 

I will, however, give them a refund for the item regardless.  Thanks!

Have the filed for a return?

If not, have them file a return so they can receive a return label.

Do not cancel it and then refund... you'll be out your fees. Have the buyer open a Return request, approve it, the buyer gets a label and you refund upon receiving the item back. Good luck!
