I have a return that was delivered a little while back today. The buyer somehow within 1 hour of the return being delivered(I have not even got it from my po box yet) opened up a case. The case was of course decided in the buyers favor with ebay debiting my payment method on file instead of me refunding through the return request as normal. The buyer has multiple returns open as he got my return mixed up in his contact with others he has open. My question is I though we the seller had 2 business days to refund. I am assuming now that they are debiting my account this will be a defect and I am out fee's. Any advice would be appreciated!

If the tracking shows that the item was delivered one hour before the return was escalated to a case, your recourse would be to call eBay customer service to get the decision corrected (so that you don't get a defect, and so that you can get a return of your eBay fees).
One possibility, however, is that the item was indeed delivered two days ago, but your notice from eBay was delayed by 47 hours.

Regardless the notification, does tracking @semiexperrt37 show your return had already been delivered to your PO Box 2 days ago?
