A buyer is trying to print a return label and is having trouble. I sent him the information on how to do it. They say it is still not working. I contacted ebay and they told me the same thing I told the buyer. Any suggestions?

That is all they told me. I didn't know if someone else had dealt with this problem before.

@tarheel_express - You will only be charged for the return label if it is actually used. I have seen others post about this same issue here and typically the opinion is for the seller to send a second return label via PayPal instead of eBay. For some reason that seems to work out best.
It may be how eBay has their return system set up for some? Just don't call eBay again as many times they consider that you getting eBay involved and they may close the case against you for that. Plus they are now charging $20 for getting eBay involved. Best of luck to you....

If they don't print it by the deadline contact eBay and have them close the case.
Maybe they need help to find the post office too?
