Buyer gives Negative Feedback because USPS didn't deliver on time. eBay wouldn't remove!

First negative feedback I have receive. Buyer kept bugging me because USPS tracking wasn't updating. It was obvious that the Post Office had the package, but buyer threatened negative feedback if I didn't refund. I wasn't going to refund the buyer without getting the item back. So the buyer gives negative feedback. I opened a case to get the unfair negative feedback removed because it was out of my control. Stupid eBay sides with the buyer.

You need to call CS directly and speak with them.  The neg you describe should be removed.

@easypromoh

Your feedback is removable. You aren't responsible for delays with USPS. Use the call back feature to speak to a CSR, they will put a request for the feedback to be removed for that team to review. You'll get an email response. if they refuse to remove it in the first response, responding writing that you aren't responsible for shipping delays. They will review your messages with the buyer as well.

In addition to the above advice make sure you mention they threatened negative feedback for a refund. That alone is MAJOR NO NO as far as eBay is concerned.
