Beyond frustrated with eBay.
We had tons of problems with eBay bulk shipping today. The errors we kept encountering made 5 of our orders miss the shipping deadline. eBay customer support promises to fix this, but I have heard those promises before, and it always takes multiple more phone calls to get anything done.
I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, but apparently eBay does not have any of those. I was transferred from department to department, waiting on hold every time, and whenever anyone actually picked up, I had to provide all of my information and describe the problem yet again!
