Bulk shipping labels added UPS but dropped all the other choices today.

Any other sellers seeing this or is it just me?  I purchase shipping labels through bulk shipping.  The new UPS discounted option has been added to our shipping label options.  But today no other choice was shown on the pull down menu.  There have been a variety of USPS options, as well as FedEx.  I do not use UPS - I am a media seller.  My buyers need the choice of media, FC, or Priority.  The method they choose at checkout is always the default, but until today, all other options were available if I needed to change it.  They are completely gone since the UPS option was added.  For me, this is a major glitch in the system.  Anyone else?

I'm getting USPS options and UPS options, but Fed Ex is GONE! It shows that the buyer chose Fed Ex, but there is no pricing and the Fed Ex option is not clickable. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS!!!

I've received no help from anywhere despite posting in about 4 places.  Bulk labels still not showing any options but UPS for me today.  I did notice that if I go to purchase a shipping label individually, I see all choices, USPS, FedEx, and the added UPS - with various options in the pull down menu.  Looks normal there.  That's fine, but without the use of Bulk Shipping Labels, we can't generate scan forms either, and I have enough daily sales that makes that necessary.   Do post if you have had any answers or see a change on your Bulk Shipping screen.   It's very frustrating to see such a major glitch and be getting no responses from anywhere.  Thanks.
