Bulk Shipping Scan forms will not generate.

I keep getting an error code when attempting to generate a scan form. We have called into ebay and received no assistance.  we were gold again to try again in 24 hours, but we only have 8 more hours to be able to print today.  Is there a system outage.  It worked very buggy all day

I see posts like this pop up intermittently @beautifuldeals.store. I haven't tracked it closely enough to know if there's a larger issue at hand or if maybe it's an occasional server issue. If it happens again, try using a different browser to see if that helps.

Thank you.  We used 4 different browsers and 2 computers .  We tried for hours.

Try using pirateship or paypal to print your labels until this is resolved.

I Have been having this issue since about July of last year. I have called eBay probably a dozen times and they tell me they are working on it but it never gets resolved. My poor mail carrier has to scan all the packages manually. I can't understand why eBay will not fix the issue. Please call and complain if enough sellers complain maybe they will actually fix it.
