Bluecare Express is a scam. My seller glshub1 sent my item using the poorly rated Bluecare Express a third party company that has something to do with Amazon. There are several indicators across the web and complaints from scammed customers. They claimed that they delivered my product on a Sunday but it turns out that they don't deliver on Sundays, plus I have security cameras on my property and I was home on that day also. No door bell was rung and the most disturbing part was that Bluecare Express claimed that the item was left in my mailbox (the item could not have fitted in my mailbox. I filled a claim with Ebay but Ebay answered by telling me that the seller provided a tracking number even though the delivery company doesn't deliver on Sundays. Seems like a scam being perpetrated either by seller, Ebay or Amazon or a combination of all three.

Blue Care Express doesn't actually ship anything, it is just a service that converts Amazon delivery non-viewable tracking numbers to online viewable tracking numbers. This allows sellers that ship from Amazon to qualify for ebay seller protection, and allows buyers to track the item even if they did not buy it on Amazon.
You need to contact ebay.
