Hey, I have a whole lot of Christmas ornaments that I'd love to put up for sale but I'm not exactly sure how I would go about shipping them. I usually ship things media mail in poly envelopes since I mainly sell books, tapes and other media things. I always use free shipping since I know buyers like that. I don't have boxes or bubble wrap on hand at the moment.
I was thinking of getting free small priority mail boxes from USPS & doing it that way. I'd have the buyers pay for shipping of course. I'd carefully wrap the item up in bubble wrap which I can buy today. Would this be the best way to go about it? I also see they have small shoe box size boxes too. That may be good for ornaments. Thanks in advance.

You can ship ornaments first class mail for less than the cost of priority mail. The "shoe box" priority box is way too big unless its a large order, that box is big enough to hold an actual shoe box inside, its not a small box at 14" long. A small flate rate box would only work for flatter ornaments, its only 1 5/8". Box 4 would probably be best but unless its a heavy ornament, priority mail would be more than FCM.

Here on ebay but I suggest before you go ahead, look up the prices they haver sold for. Most are not worth much unless you have rare old glass. For those, double boxing.

Thanks. For sure I plan to look possible value before listing and buying shipping supplies. I've sold on here for many years. If I can make even a little one these ornaments that would be great. Every bit helps. Thanks for your time.
