Best way to handle return request?

I sold a car taillight. It was clearly listed in the title and listing it is for the right passenger side.

Got a return request, stating something is wrong with it  (Of course), so I would have to pay shipping.  $12 item plus $8 shipping is involved here.

In the request, reason given is "Wrong item sent" . In comments, they wrote "I need the left side not the right side please".  So clearly they purchased the wrong side by mistake, but are claiming SNAD to avoid paying shipping. I should note the buyers ID is a car sales business, so they should know better!  I also do not accept returns (Unless they are SNAD of course, but not for buyers remorse, ect ).

Normally in a SNAD case such as this I would just refund and let the buyer keep the item. $12 light, with $8 shipping X2 for there and back, would make more sense to cut my loss and not spend the extra shipping. But in this case, the buyer has pretty much admitted they made an error in ordering. What do I do? There isn't a choice thru Ebay to deny it since they are claiming SNAD. I can't ignore it and let Ebay auto refund and get a strike.  Should I try and call Ebay since it is a buyers remorse case? Best couse of action  suggestions are greatly appreciated! TY

Yes of course.

You don't offer returns and can easily show the most novice CS rep through messages that this is the buyers fault (remorse).       This should be an easy win.
