You would need to research this yourself, we are not in Sri Lanka and have no idea how your post office or shipping companies work

Have you signed up for and been approved for Managed Payments so you can be paid?

How did you select USPS for shipping when your item is located in Sri Lanka?

Have you listed before eBay sent to an email that said your selling account is activated and you're all set to sell?  It takes 2-4 weeks for eBay to verify your information after your Payoneer account has been linked. Payoneer showing your account is linked is not all there is to it.  Have you added a credit card to eBay for seller fees that don't come from your payout?

When you made the post it hadn't been but a week is why we're concerned you listed before eBay emailed you that you're all set to sell.
