I purchased $26.99 10,000LM led and they sent me a wrong item 6,000LM led in a smashed box. When i wrote to them they only offered me a credit of $3 when the 6,000LM is around $16 what an insult. They never fixed my problem they finally yesterday sent me a link for the return label guess what is an empty link no label. I try another option to resend the label to my email been trying since yesterday nothing happens no label. I keep trying to get in contact with the seller they are just using excuses like if you dont know how to download label find someone to help you ect. But what i see here is they just want me to give up so they can keep my money. Never buying from this AUXITO company again they are horrible. Cant contact ebay or paypal because covid-19 and cant get a hold of anyone just the seller worst time to buy online.

If you haven't already, you need to file an item not as described.
Here is eBay's link to filing an IND case:
After you open a case the seller is required to message you with a status. You will most likely go back and forth. The seller will be required to send you a mailing label via eBay and not via a link. Once you receive the label, you will need to ship the item and make sure tracking for it has been uploaded. After, the seller receives the item you will get a full refund.
If the seller doesn't respond with a mailing label within four days eBay will allow you to ask them to step in. Once they step in, they will most likely side with you and give you a refund.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay based on th eitem is nit as described.
Whatever, you do during the case, don't close the case until you receive the your refund. Often, sellers try to convince you to close the case early. If you do this before you get your refund, you loose your eBay protection and could loose everything.
If it is over 30 days that you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from date of purchase. File the claim here: https://www.paypal.com/disputes/
You can escalate the dispute to PayPal if the seller doesn't refund you after a few days. If you do not escalate the dispute, the case closes after 20 days and you lose.

If you did not pay using PayPal you can file a chargeback with your bank or Credit Card Company.
Hope this helps!

I forgot to mention the when your door opens to ask eBay to step in, you have 21 days to do so or the case will close and you loose you chance for a refund.
Chinese sellers know this and try to stall you with empty promises. I would not wait to long to ask eBay to step in. Give yourself plenty of time, just incase there is a glitch, eBay case is not working, etc.

Did you try opening the link in another browser? Some times that works.

What I understand is that you did open a request for a return and the seller has given you a link to an empty label. You have to ask eBay to step in and issue the return label because it appears that the seller to be ripping you off. They made it look like that they issued you a label. Have you tried to contact eBay through the links in Help & Contact Menu so that you can contact an eBay representative. I had a seller do this exact same thing to me before and that was I had to do to get a return label. Persist it pays off.
