I too just got scammed by a seller that purportedly used Aquiline as the shipper. The tracking details are very generic and the order now says the item was delivered (5 days earlier than listing estimate) but it most certainly was not. I've been an eBay member many years as both seller and buyer with nothing other than Positive ratings. After realizing I got scammed I've opened a case with eBay and will see what they say. Don't understand how, with so many of the same complaints, this continues to happen.
