Anyone having issues with International labels printing faint ?

Whenever I print a International First class package USPS label on ebay the label comes out faint. The UPC is bold and black but the customs info is barely legible. It's not my printer because I print all of my domestic labels on ebay with no issues and same goes for Paypal, where I use the International First Class letter rate which is much cheaper and suits my product which is under 3 oz. I've updated anything I can think of like java so i figured i'd ask here.

Have you tried downloading the label before printing it? This may help.

Check ALL cartriges even the color ones. Sounds silly but it affects black printing.

Is your printer set to print in Black ink only? If not, try that.

Hope one of these suggestions works I've found a few posts on it, but so far printing in black only is the only solution that has worked. Off to research some more.

It's weird. I'm having a similar problem suddenly tonight on ALL USPS labels printing blank. Was buzzing along just fine, then went to reprint one in which the bar code got krinkled while sticking it on, and suddenly every one I printed after that, either new or reprint, just acts like it's printing, at about the usual speed and then it is totally blank. The labels always shows up on the sreeen fine. Printing on a Brother mono-laser printer at 100% 1/2 page (8x5.5). Everything else I try to print (packing slips, screen shot, etc) all come out fine, so it's not the toner or printer hardware. Is there an issue with the USPS labels suddenly? I've tried rebooting the printer and the computer, and it still won't print them. Is it just me or is anyone else getting the same issue? Guess I'll have to download or screen capture them and print them until I figure this out, unless someone has found a solution to this in the past.
