I find it very confusing and harder to use than the previous version. Please switch it back.

I don't like it at all and have said so on some other threads. Yesterday and today it no longer prints the shipping info with the label that gave us a paper reference of tracking etc. Now I have to record it myself. Among other problems it has created for us. More paper ink and tape. Very frustrating. I just don't want to go on about it. I hope this answers your question. Andrew

Dislike? Most of the people use words synonymous with hate and dismay.

I hate the new shipping postage labels. Either they won't print or I can't get the correct label. I hate it so much that I haven't relisted anything and hope every morning I haven't sold anything on Ebay. I want back the option of Classic labels. I will ONLY use USPS so why do we have to be frustrated. Right now I have been charged for a label and it never printed. With Classic, I could reprint label. Why doesn't Ebay leave it alone? Craigslist doesn't change. All these changes just are more difficult and certainly aren't to benefit the Ebay sellers.

Not much chance that it will ever switch back. You can go the PayPal to print a label. I don't like the PP because I do not get the item sold info on the "online label record" portion.

Last time I tried a reprint on the "new label experience" I got a label with just a bunch of illegible characters where all the info was to be.
You can go to "my eBay selling". Locate shipping labels over on the left. Click on it to locate the desired label to "void", or "reprint" it.

It's like every change they make to the label flow is designed in a vacuum. No understanding at all of why features being taken away were there if the first place. It's driving me batty. For example, the latest interface that just came out now ASSumes that the seller knows IN ADVANCE what exact shipping method they will use. I'll bet that is NOT the case for most of us. Say I need to see if a small flat rate box is cheaper to use than my own box non-flat rate depending on zip code and weight. Used to be you could see ALL the USPS options on one screen with prices all lined up to compare. Now, for this same case you have to first look the regular package rate on the default custom package size screen to see that rate - then you have to click on the USPS packaging tab which shows you most of the USPS box types but no price. Then you have to click on each package type one by one to see which on is the lowest price for your weight and zip code. So now it takes at least 3 steps to get those 2 rates where it used to all be one single step to see all rates. And that's just one of many examples of walking backwards (like FedEx label wont print landscape) etc. etc. etc. I don't care what kind of device you are using. Still really bad and no excuse for lousy design.

It's just a shipping label form. It's different from the old form, but it does the same thing.
Resisting change is probably the bigger issue.

"For example, the latest interface that just came out now ASSumes that the seller knows IN ADVANCE what exact shipping method they will use."
So you're blaming ebay for "assuming" the seller knows what they're doing?
That's more of an expectation, not an assumption.
It is in the seller's best interest to figure this out BEFORE creating a listing. Set the shipping policies up and the method in the listing, and it really takes ALL the guess work out of creating a label.

You are going through and contesting everybody's comments? What's up with that? Seems a little harsh to me. For my comment, you miss my point, of course one does their best to pick the correct dimensions and weight when listing. But that is NOT the only factor. You don't know where the item will ship till it's sold. This can effect cost a lot. You would be badly missing the boat if you did not double check what the most cost effective way to ship to that exact zip code is at the time of label print. The new interface makes that a lot harder. There are also other factors like selling 2 units - or upgrading the shipping of a known customer for no charge to them that would cause me to double check. Maybe you only ship single small items. There are a number of reasons to have an easy compare of each and every shipping option at time of label print. The new interface takes that away and causes more work every time.
