Received a jacket back today and the buyer unknowingly put the packing slip from another jacket she purchased the same day in my box. After 3 emails asking what is wrong with jacket the buyer finally mentioned the zipper sticks. Which it doesn't. We all know buyers do this, but **bleep** this one is blatant and Ebay say's Refund her. End of story. $25 in shipping i'm out and now have to refund woman the $40. No point in putting jacket back up for sale. Find the best fit and open INAD claims for all the rest. Ebay is all good with this I find out after a couple of phone calls. Ebay promoting fraud and theft again.
