It's a shame we can't name sellers who do the right thing.
I recently purchased two dvds from a seller. One was a two disc set. After receiving them I was bummed to find one of the discs was missing from that set. I contacted the seller to let them know. I was hoping they had the other disc, but they didn't. They issued a refund for that set, no return needed. Seller got glowing feedback.
Why did this go so smoothly? Because I didn't accuse the seller of scamming me. I sent them a courteous message. The seller did not accuse me of scamming them either. We both behaved like adults.
