does anyone know if i can sell a tecup and saucer from an artist named Yellena James? do some artists not alow their work to be sold on ebay? if so where do i find a list, thank you

Above is vero list.  Do know that it is not complete.

Your cup and saucer would fall under first doctrine.  An item you have that you want to resell.

Just be sure to use your own original pictures and texts and do not copy any of his/her logos.
