That is something you would have to find out from your own customs officials. There's no way anyone here can even guess what would happen in another country's customs department.
Generally a package is held until the buyer pays the customs fee. What that fee is depends on the item, the item price, and the country.
How long would it be held? A day...a week...a month...it all depends once again on the country, how efficient their customs officials are and how far backed up things are with all the Covid delays.
