not 1 person that works for eBay has yet to help me . i am a victim of buyer abuse facilitated by eBay policy. why is it that WHEN i was indefinitely suspended out of the blue on a random day and a buyer opened a false INR claim. why is it my signature confirmation and tracking uploaded all of sudden "not There" i find it hard to believe eBay erases that data or hides it from there own reps and system. someone care to point there finger at me for being a victim of theft and fraud . also tell me why this individual proven with facts and there signature to receive my high dollar item at deliver can lie ,get refunded and still be active and still be a member without consequence still has not paid me or returned my item

It is a bad, bad idea for someone with a feedback count like you do to be selling $1400 watches and other expensive items. Scammers literally target sellers like you. By the time most new sellers understand the dos and don'ts of eBay, they have already been scammed.
Did you ship to the address eBay provided? Remember, when a buyer files a INR claim, you have to upload the tracking again in the open case. Don't assume because you bought a label from eBay, they have it. You have to upload it again. If you did that, you should have won the case.

If you were indefinitely suspended you wouldn't be able to sell any more.
When your buyer opens an Item not received, you are supposed to up load tracking into the case to provide proof of delivery.
When you do that you will win the INR hands down.
eBay probably had to step in by request of the buyer because you didn't respond to the case with the tracking number. When eBay refunds they also allow the buyer to keep the item if they have it. They probably also gave you a defect for cases closed without a seller resolution.
Always upload tracking number into INR cases.
Chalk this up as a learning experience, you can write off the loss in when you file your income taxes.

Hi @withthebuisnessscollectibles sorry for your troubles.
But am a bit confused—trying to follow what happened. You still have items up for sale. That would not be the case if you were suspended. We need more information to really be able to help you effectively.
Some details we could use are these: what makes you certain your account was restricted? Was it a different account? Did you appeal the ruling? What is the item/listing #?
Sorry for all the questions. Just want to see if there is any opportunity to help.

There are so many parts of your message that I do not understand; however, other responders have addressed those.
When you state the buyer "still has not paid me", surely you did not ship without having assured yourself that you had been paid? Or are you referring to the fact that, as a new seller, you will find that eBay will most likely hold your funds for around 30 days? You were informed of that fact when you signed up to sell on eBay.
Additionally, if your buyer has opened an INR case, you have the opportunity to just load the tracking information to the case.

Sorry for your situation. I'm still seeing 4 items up for sale. Are you sure you're suspended? Did you receive the message thru eBay messages? More info would be helpful.

I am well aware what policy is and all was done exactly the way policy states. Ive heard what your saying about re submitting tracking. heard that disinformation before now thousand times.Ebay wants re- confirmation from the seller that the tracking is correct and i am diligent seller on point. This tactis ebay uses to save ebay from having to pay out millions of dollars for ebay system and employee errors. its one of the most used if not the #1 excuse ebay uses to fault the seller for bad transaction. If a seller was doing everything correct and was not to be responsible for bad transaction and error was on buyer or ebay this Tracking re-upload tactic
is the go to way of clearing any fault by ebay. you dont actually beleive ebay does not have that info automatically when label is bought on ebay. IF you See the tracking number on ebay shipping details or on orders sold ,that means the tracking is there. it surprises me to see people that are commenting are regulars here and work with ebay yet are dim and just selfishly spilling disinformation and searching for reasons to put the blame on the OP defending ebay like ebay wont can you out of nowere one day .

You can always try opening a small claims case and taking them to court. You might even be contacted by Judge Judy or a similar court show offering to plead your case there.

Even when the tracking is shown on the order, orders don't necessary link to disputes/claims. You MUST copy and paste the tracking number into the INR claim.

wow see you got the best answer award you got a treat for your ego as well as a star sticker for not having an opinion but for stating exactly what eBay wants you saying about the tracking re-upload in which is not in the policy I've read numerous times.

Snark isn't going to help when you're asking total (experienced) strangers for help. OTOH, a bit of humility and appreciation goes a long way.

I realize you are upset. But slamming people who are trying to help isn't helping anyone.
I already read your post about being reinstated. Move along.
