All that does is keep the title BOLD in the listings..(a viewed post will have 'non-bold' title)
it should be right where you marked it..it does NOT move "up" in the order....
Also, make sure you are in the right category for the original listing...one way to check is always be in the "main" category of " Buying & Selling" and not a 'sub-category'
