when I list an item the price shown when previewing it is wrong

I need help figuring out a very frustrating problem, where I can't seem to find any solution. 

the problem is when I list an item on my store I put the right buy it now price on it and he on sellers hub when I go to active listings it shows the correct price as well, but when I open the page to preview what it looks like to buyers the price show is changed. I tried revising the listing multiple times and changing everything about it, but the price on the buying page is always wrong . Photos below to demonstrate the problem.

The difference looks to be exactly 20%. Isn't VAT in the UK 20%?

Did you see the notice about changes surrounding eBay and VAT?
