Customer service is not longer available by direct phone call. You may try the "Contact us" link on any eBay page, and scroll down to the bottom of the page for the "Contact us" link. Depending on your preference, you can try the "chat assistant" or scroll down through that assistant until you can click on "See more." You'll eventually be given an opportunity to "Contact an agent" during their business hours.
Customer service is also available via Facebook or Twitter. Be sure to include just the pertinent info like your member id, an item listing number, a very brief description of the issue. They'll get back to you for more details.

it is against policy to show ebays phone number on the boards
please be aware that there are a few fake ebay numbers on google and some of the members here have called them and been tripped up
