You may wish to update the information, I'm really not sure what would happen but your credit card company could honor the payment and then charge you a fee? If that doesn't happen then ebay will suspend your selling privileges and that event is not very spectacular at all, granted your selling privileges would most likely be reinstated once your dues are paid but I wouldn't want to find out if there are late fees (probably not but I've never tested these waters so I can't say for sure).
