ALL sellers are required to repost all income. It does not matter the $ amount OR if you were sent a form.

ALL sellers are to report ALL income!

What?  I don't think you are supposed to state anything about PayPal in your descriptions anymore.

As for your question I think you should call the IRS straight away and let them know how many years you have been selling on-line.

Thanks for the post.  Extremely helpful and grateful for the update!  I do typically sell more than $600 in a week, so year definitely more than $600 in a year!
