In setting up variations is there a tool so buyers can pick more than one item aka trading card? Instead of having to just pick 1 numbered card. Can they pick more than 1? And if so how do i set that part up because they can only pick 1 out of 50 cards. Instead of like 5 or 10 cards

The buyer chooses 1, puts it in the cart, chooses another, puts it in the cart. That's what the CART button is for. You might want to encourage them to put them in the cart in your description.

Also, if you are selling cards, you HAVE to put the word "Card" in your title (I notice it's missing). Not everyone browses by category, some search by keyword and they would never see your listing.

If you have set up your listing with 50 variations in the one listing, your buyer can then select as many as they wish.  Be sure to also set up the shipping cost as well.  It can be X for the first card plus Y for each additional card, or X for the first card plus 0.00 for each additional card.

If you have selected a Style or Theme (whatever heading you prefer) for each card, and then have entered the number of each card that you have available, the buyer can choose as many as he/she wants.

For example, you can set it up as...

Style    Price    Number available

John Doe    $5.00     4

Frank Doe 2 $1.99     6

Lenny Doe    $2.99    3

You enter each different card into the Style/Theme, then finish and it will create the rows automatically for you.

Then you scroll down and add your pictures for each card (make sure you click the option to add pictures based on style rather than based on default pics).

Then you scroll down some more and add the prices, SKU, and quantities for each style of card.

Adding the SKU is very important because when the buyer buys, THIS is how eBay alerts you as to which card the buyer bought, so make it descriptive so you can recognize it easily. For example, SKU for the John Doe card might be the brand, player, and year (it can be anything you want). This goes into the Sales list and helps you locate the right card.
